Welcome back to the 15th Russ Edwards Big C Relays! For 2026 we are taking a step back in time, replacing the 4xAlaska Mile with the 4x800m. Also for the first time at the Big C, we will be adding the 200m and the mile for high schoolers. On top of these changes, athletes will have the opportunity to compete for the crown in Lord of the Throwing Rings, LifeMed Alaska’s Fastest Alaskan, High Step Hustler, and the Alaska Airlines Pentathlon. And of course there will be relay after relay throughout the weekend.

We are thrilled to welcome back the meet record holder in the Skinny Raven Laird Prosser Mile, Allie Ostrander, as our guest athlete! She will be sharing her track and field journey from Kenai to Boise to Denver. You won’t want to miss her speak on Saturday morning.
