Total Combined Distance Between the Shot Put and Discus

While the Big C may not have javelin or hammer throw, we do still want to recognize those individuals whose strength and technique places them above the rest. In the Lord of the Throwing Ring, we take a thrower’s measurements from both shot put and discus, adding them together to see who has the farthest cumulative distance. The champion is then recognized with a winning plaque. Who will be our champion this year?
